I have served at all levels of marketing, from administrator to director, and I have seen how poor communication, lack of transparency, and inconsistent leadership can derail a project, crush morale, and foster long-term institutional distrust.

Let me help your business address the breakdown in your communications and work with your staff to restore trust and organizational health.

mENTORSHIP/coaching

I’ve worked under both exceptional managers and others who weren’t effective. I’ve led well, and I’ve faced missteps as a manager. Those experiences have taught me valuable lessons I’m eager to share with professionals navigating conflict resolution or other management issues.

Communications Audit

I will form a task force representing every department to assess all communication channels, identify strengths and gaps, and develop a staff-driven plan that leadership will endorse.

$150-$200 p/h

Design

I have designed countless projects over the course of my career, from logos and brochures to bookmarks, digital promotions, and even toy bus wraps for a POTUS campaign! These are only a few highlights. I have experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

media

I don’t just build the strategy; I deliver the message. Comfortable on-air and on-mic, I bridge the gap between executive leadership and public-facing persona. Whether it’s a lens or a lapel mic, I know how to command a room, and a screen, to drive your mission home.

advocacy

In December 2013, my son’s diagnosis with acute lymphoblastic leukemia introduced me to Cancer Families United, a network of parents navigating the same terrifying reality. As I learned how critically underfunded and overlooked pediatric cancer treatment is, I channeled my anger into advocacy. I joined the board in 2014 and immediately began driving results: creating marketing campaigns, organizing fundraisers, and lobbying on Capitol Hill. This work culminated in a major victory in 2018, when I played a role in the passage of the Childhood Cancer Survivorship, Treatment, Access, and Research (STAR) Act.
